| place from 1st to 5th September 2009 at the Feria Valencia in Spain, the 23rd European |
| Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference will be the most important international Conference in the |
| field of Photovoltaics. The Conference will provide an excellent platform for dialogue and |
| information exchange across the World. The ‘who is who’ of the PV solar branch will meet |
| at Valencia to discuss the latest developments in science and industry. |

3. Intersolar North America 2009 |
Intersolar North America 2009 will be the continent's premier

| international exhibition for photovoltaics, solar thermal technology and solar architecture. Coupled |
| with SEMICON West, Intersolar North America 2009 will also attract a broad base of attendees in |
| the complimentary markets of semiconductor and nano-electronics manufacturing |
| anddevelopment. The event will utilize 350,000 square feet of combined exhibition space |
| throughout the Moscone Center -- alifornia's largest exhibition facility -- and will draw around 200 |
| international solar-related companies and 1,400 exhibitors overall. |

4. Intersolar, 2009 |
Europe’s largest specialist trade fair for photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and solar |
| architecture, concluded on Saturday with a new visitor record. Intersolar furthered its status as the |
| leading trade fair of the European solar technology industry and bid farewell to Freiburg after eight |
| years, with a record of around 32,000 visitors. From 2009, Intersolar will take place in the trade fair |
| centre in Munich. |
